Cessnock City Library celebrates 'Adult Learners Week'

Cessnock City Library is excited to announce the commencement of Adult Learners Week from Friday 1 to Friday 8 September.

Adult Learners Week aims to encourage adults to expand their knowledge and skills through a variety of fun and educational events.

Events on offer at Cessnock City Libraries include:

Kurri Kurri Library, 10am-12pm

Sharing photos and other attachments with Harry from Seniors, Tech & Tea

Cessnock City Library, 11am-12pm

Learn all about the different types of teas, tea blending and the art of the perfect brew. Discover the diversity of aromas, textures, and flavours of tea and taste a variety of teas.

Kurri Kurri Library, 10:30am-12pm

The inaugural First Thursday Flicks will kick off with a screening the Hollywood classic, Top Hat.

Cessnock City Library, 10:30am-11:30am

Wesley Mission joins us for a Care Finder Service Chat.

Cessnock City Library, 5:30pm-6:30pm

Explore the calming and healing powers of sound with a Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation & Sound Healing Workshop.
