Explore loss at sound healing ceremony in Ross

It’s not easy to navigate grief and process all the emotions that come along with it. Sound healers Anderson Pugash, Ellian Raffoul and Dan Dowdell want to help make it a little easier at a sound healing ceremony honoring loss at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Marin Art and Garden Center at 30 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. in Ross.

The sound healing ceremony will feature an array of instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, flutes, chimes and crystal harps. Tea and conversation will follow the sound healing ceremony.

Bring an object to honor your loss (flower, candle, photo, poem, memento, etc.) and put on the communal altar as well as a mat, blankets and chair for the sound meditation.
